Key Responsibility
Job Description
- Project Execution & Supervision
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, SMATV, Intercom, and related systems.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and provide technical direction to technicians and subcontractors.
- Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to avoid site conflicts.
- Attend site progress meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Communicate material and manpower requirements to the project engineer/manager.
- Technical & Documentation
- Prepare and update daily progress reports, site logs, and red-line drawings.
- Support preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and test reports.
- Carry out inspections with consultants and ensure work compliance with QA/QC standards.
- Testing & Commissioning
- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and system integration with support of Commissioning Engineer
- Health & Safety
- Enforce site safety policies and ensure team compliance with HSE regulations.
- Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly.
- Material & Resource Management
- Verify material deliveries and ensure compliance with approved MARs.
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials on site efficiently.
