Site Engineer – Civil (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduate to join our team as a Site Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers by gaining hands-on experience on construction projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Assist with material inspections and quantity verification.
• Report project progress, site issues, and updates to senior engineers.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized local UAE university is preferred.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship or relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites across the UAE.
