Role Purpose

Lead site execution teams to deliver daily production safely and to quality standards across multiple work fronts (roads/utilities/earthworks/structures).

Key Accountabilities
  • Allocate labour/plant, supervise crews, and drive daily productivity targets.
  • Execute works per drawings/method statements/ITPs; maintain right-first-time quality.
  • Coordinate interfaces with subcontractors and other trades; resolve site constraints.
  • Enforce HSE practices: toolbox talks, PTW support, housekeeping, safe execution.
  • Report progress, manpower, and issues; support inspections and close-out.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Trade background or diploma preferred.
  • 8–12+ years on infrastructure works.
  • Strong leadership, practical planning, and discipline
