Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Salesperson to lead and expand our footprint in Core business segments such as Energy, Material and Life Industries across UAE and the wider GCC region. This vertical intensely focuses on rapidly growing sectors such as Oil &Gas, Power and Water Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals, Biotech), Materials (Mining, Metals, Chemicals, Advanced Materials), Infrastructure, and Manufacturing.

In this role, you will be directly responsible and held accountable for meeting Sales Targets and driving business growth. You will bridge the gap between business challenges and technology, spearheading pipeline generation, architecting tailored solutions, and working hand-in-hand with the cross functional teams to successfully close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Business Growth & Accountable Leadership: Take ownership of the Order Intake Target and business growth targets for the assigned Industry portfolio in UAE and GCC Region.
  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify market opportunities, participate in industry events, and conduct discovery workshops to generate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Customer Discovery & Value Selling: Meet with c-level executives and operational heads to understand their critical business challenges, asset lifecycles, and maintenance pain points. Articulate and sell the financial and operational value proposition of our solutions.
  • Solution Architecture: Coordinate externally/ internally to support in design and architect of Advanced solutions (Energy Management, Modular procedural Automation, Asset Performance, IoT, or reliability-centered maintenance) that directly address the client's needs, ensuring technical feasibility and high ROI.
  • Collaboration & Deal Closure: Partner closely with Centre of Excellence, Headquarters and Account Management teams throughout the sales cycle. Support the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs), driving the strategy to successfully close deals.

Qualification And Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Sales, Solution architecture or Pre-sales (Overall Experience 15 plus years), in Oil and Gas or Industries such as Smart Cities, Pharma, Paint, cement, F&B, Plastic, Steel, others.
    • Proven track record of driving and closing business in the UAE and GCC market.
    • Strong domain experience in core sectors as mentioned above.
Competencies

  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of selling Advanced solutions and emerging technologies like Asset Management, IoT, LIMS, Digital Twins, Predictive Maintenance and other AI based solutions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to build business cases, calculate ROI/TCO, and deliver compelling value-based presentations to executive stakeholders.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the UAE and across other GCC countries as per business demands.

Skills

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Capability in conducting business in English both in speaking and writing.
