Specialist / Consultant Facial Plastic Surgeon - Leading Luxury Hospital - UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist / Consultant Facial Plastic Surgeon to join a prestigious luxury hospital in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facial aesthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery, with expertise in surgical facial rejuvenation, facial contouring, rhinoplasty, and reconstructive procedures. The successful candidate will provide advanced surgical care while maintaining exceptional standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and pre-operative assessments.
• Perform facial aesthetic procedures, including rhinoplasty, facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, and brow lift.
• Perform facial reconstruction following trauma, congenital abnormalities, and tumour excision.
• Manage facial scars, soft tissue defects, and complex reconstructive cases.
• Develop individualized surgical treatment plans based on patient expectations and clinical needs.
• Provide comprehensive post-operative care and monitor surgical outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical and aesthetic medicine teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital safety protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent).
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Facial Plastic Surgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, or ENT/Otolaryngology with appropriate facial plastic surgery training.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience in facial aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Expertise in rhinoplasty, facelift, blepharoplasty, and facial rejuvenation techniques.
• Strong surgical skills and understanding of facial anatomy.
• Experience in a reputable hospital or specialized surgical centre.
• Eligibility for the appropriate Specialist or Consultant classification under the relevant UAE health authority.
• Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and German Board.
