Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care to patients.
• Manage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
• Conduct routine and high-risk pregnancy assessments and provide appropriate management.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynaecological conditions.
• Perform obstetric and gynaecological procedures and surgeries within the scope of clinical privileges.
• Manage labour, deliveries, and obstetric emergencies.
• Provide reproductive health consultations and preventive care.
• Monitor maternal and foetal health and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical safety standards.

Requirements

• Recognised postgraduate specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
• Relevant post-specialisation clinical experience.
• Strong expertise in obstetric and gynaecological patient management.
• Experience in managing normal and high-risk pregnancies.
• Demonstrated competence in relevant obstetric and gynaecological procedures.
• Experience working in a recognised hospital or healthcare institution.
• Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Current professional registration in the country of practice.
