The Role:
We are seeking an exceptional People generalist with strong programme delivery experience to help build and deliver the programmes that shape the employee experience at AI71.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Management, this broad, hands-on role spans a variety of cross-functional People projects, including: onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, internal communications, events and employer brand.
This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility across a broad scope of work. You will manage multiple priorities, work across the organisation and take ownership of programmes from early ideas through to successful delivery. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Management to shape priorities, contribute your own thinking and turn agreed direction into clear, measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys building from scratch, solving unclear problems and using evidence to make informed decisions.
What You'll Do:
Experience: 5+ years of experience across People Experience, Talent Management, Learning & Development, employee engagement, internal communications or People programme delivery, ideally including experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
Delivery: Demonstrated experience building and delivering company-wide programmes from concept through to implementation, measurement and continuous improvement.
Data: Strong analytical capability, with experience using employee data, feedback and programme metrics to shape decisions and demonstrate impact.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Design and roll out learning and development programmes based on business priorities, capability gaps and employee needs
- Manage and continually improve AI71’s onboarding programme, creating a structured and engaging experience from preboarding through to role integration
- Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, coordinating timelines, communications, systems and stakeholders to ensure a clear, consistent and data-led process across AI71.
- Plan and support delivery of Company All Hands, offsites, recognition moments and other employee experiences
- Develop AI71’s culture and careers page, employee stories and employer brand content across LinkedIn, social media and events
- Identify credible company awards and recognition opportunities and manage submissions
- Lead key cross-functional People projects from early concept through to implementation
- Build clear project plans, timelines, processes, ownership and measures of success
- Use workforce data, employee feedback, participation trends and programme outcomes to identify priorities and improve decisions
- Build simple reporting and insights that show what is working, what is not and where action is required
- Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, speakers, content, budgets and operational requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience across People Experience, Talent Management, Learning & Development, employee engagement, internal communications or People programme delivery, ideally including experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
Delivery: Demonstrated experience building and delivering company-wide programmes from concept through to implementation, measurement and continuous improvement.
Data: Strong analytical capability, with experience using employee data, feedback and programme metrics to shape decisions and demonstrate impact.
