Job Description

Drive process improvement initiatives across cluster by applying process improvement principles, structured problem-solving, and data-driven analysis to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall business performance. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, supporting continuous improvement, and embedding a culture of operational excellence across all functions within all sub-clusters

Responsibilities

  • Implement Lean principles and methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis, utilize structured problem-solving techniques to identify the root causes of process issues, inefficiencies, and customer complaints.
  • Optimize Workflows, Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop and implement solutions to improve process flow, reduce cycle times, and enhance productivity.
  • Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to clearly define existing processes and facilitate understanding and improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, engaging cross-functional teams to identify and implement small, quick wins that deliver immediate value.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure process performance, track progress, and demonstrate the impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Train and coach team members on Lean principles, process improvement methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations and project progress to stakeholders at all level,
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
  • Design, implement, and monitor process improvement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate improvement outcomes and trends

Qualifications

Educational and Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Language Skills:

  • Written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience

Nature of Experience:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or related fields.
