Job Responsibility-
- Develop and create innovative menu items that align with the concept and theme of the specialty outlet.
- Plan and execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation in line with quality standards.
- Oversee kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising their work.
- Monitor food costs and manage inventory to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Proven experience as a Specialty Outlet Chef or a similar role in a high-end restaurant or specialty outlet.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
