Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration,
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within Banking and Financial Services.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Loan Management, Mortgage Lending, Housing Finance, or
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT transformation projects.
- Strong experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of banking processes and regulations is a plus.
- CBAP - Certification in Business Analysis is mandatory.
