Your Role

As one of our Staff Nurses, you will help to deliver the best nursing care to the residents within our home, thus ensuring we make a positive difference to the lives of our treasured residents and team members. Working alongside the manager and care assistants, you will help create a safe, supportive & fun environment whilst also relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents
• Overseeing medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC Standards
• Creating and carrying out electronic treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
• Support, guide, teach and mentor other members of your team
• Working individually and in partnership with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
  
  

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification. With a compassionate and caring attitude, you will have adequate knowledge, experience and a clear understanding of the nursing role and its professional boundaries.
