Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National to play a vital role in managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating key initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution.

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive stakeholder databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, events, and engagement activities, handling all logistical arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications to relevant parties
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and accountability
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation that summarize stakeholder feedback and project progress
  • Support the coordination of projects by organizing resources, scheduling, and managing timelines
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for easy retrieval and reference

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management or coordination roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools
  • Preferred: Experience with project management software or CRM systems
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Arabic language
  • Preferred: Previous experience coordinating events or large-scale initiatives
  • Preferred: Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
