Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Provide accurate information regarding products, sizes, prices and promotions. Use cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales. Work towards individual and store sales targets. Maintain strong product and promotional knowledge. Keep the sales floor clean, organized and fully replenished. Ensure merchandise is correctly organised and displayed. Verify all display testers and record necessary details. Report any damaged or missing inventory directly to the floor supervisor. Replenish merchandise from the stockroom. Check product pricing and tagging accuracy. Support visual merchandising changes when required. Assist with stock counts and inventory activities. Support cashiering activities where trained and authorized. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary. Follow OVS grooming, attendance and conduct standards. Support loss-prevention procedures.
