Role Overview:

We are seeking Support Engineer to manage production support for Digital Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment platforms within enterprise banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Digital Channels and Wealth platforms.
  • Manage Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AWS EKS environments.
  • Support API Gateway, ETL, CI/CD, and middleware platforms.
  • Coordinate production incidents and releases.
  • Manage vendor interactions and SLA governance.
  • Support project implementation and operational excellence.
