Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill talent requirements.
- Drive workforce planning and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Assess candidates and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide recruitment expertise.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
- Manage recruitment priorities to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
