About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure seamless candidate experience. Additionally, they will support employer branding efforts, maintain recruitment data, and build a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates for role fit.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and providing hiring insights.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Role Scope:

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and collaborate on salary negotiations to ensure fair and competitive offers.
  • Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates†skills, experience, and cultural fit

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media, events, and recruitment marketing.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences

Stakeholders Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
  • Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce planning

Compliance & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, ensuring compliance with hiring policies and labor laws.
  • Generate reports and insights to track hiring metrics and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes based on industry best practices and feedback

Workforce Planning & Market Insights

  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to align hiring needs with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze hiring trends to provide insights on talent availability.
  • Develop proactive workforce planning strategies to address future talent needs

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology to streamline recruitment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in hiring.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies to optimize talent acquisition strategies

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

  • Promote and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and reduce bias in hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align recruitment practices with the companyâ€s DEI goals.
  • Track and report on diversity hiring metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement

Role Essential:

  • Bachelorâ€s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a corporate or in-house environment.
  • Demonstrated strong experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing techniques, screening, interviewing, selection processes and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Analytical skills to assess candidates†qualifications and fit for roles.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Role Desirable:

  • Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS).
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment within a theme park.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in using advanced HR technologies and tools for recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS platforms)
