Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Allocate sales territories and daily activities to team members.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline within the team.
- Conduct daily briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Mentor new joiners and support their onboarding and field training.
- Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to maximize customer acquisition and market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities through field sales, corporate visits, and referrals.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective lead conversion.
- Ensure high-quality sales with minimal application rejections.
- Track individual and team performance against KPIs.
- Analyze sales reports and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide corrective action plans for underperforming team members.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify documentation accuracy before submission.
- Ensure ethical selling practices and prevent mis-selling.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Ensure all applications comply with KYC and documentation requirements.
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal banking stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit Processing, and Bank Relationship Managers.
- Follow up on application status and resolve pending documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of sales documents.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of banking products.
- Strong understanding of KYC and banking compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
