Team Leader - Front Desk

We are currently seeking passionate, dynamic, and guest-focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Team Leader – Front Desk, you will be responsible for providing professional and guest-focused service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their expectations are met from arrival through to departure.
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain awareness of daily room rates and occupancy levels.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all Front Office colleagues, particularly Front Desk Agents and Guest Services.
• Supervise Front Desk colleagues to ensure guests receive professional, friendly, and efficient service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities and local services to provide accurate information and respond to guest inquiries.
• Verify all cashier closures completed by Front Desk Agents at the end of each shift, ensuring billing accuracy and proper supporting documentation.
• Ensure all guest registration forms are accurately completed and correspond with the information recorded in Opera PMS.

Requirements

Education, Qualifications & Experience

• Ideally, a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in the Front Office department within a hotel, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy, with previous experience using Opera PMS considered an advantage.
