About The Role
The Team Leader, Front Office supports the Assistant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the reception desk, ensuring all guest arrivals and departures are handled efficiently and seamlessly. By proactively reviewing guest information, preferences, requests, and special requirements, the Team Leader helps deliver a smooth and personalised guest experience while minimizing delays. The role also serves as a key point of coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Call Centre, ensuring guest requests are communicated effectively and completed in a timely and professional manner.
About You
You bring a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within an internationally recognised luxury hotel or resort. You are a collaborative team player who actively contributes to a positive and supportive work environment. Proficiency in Opera Cloud is essential, along with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. You maintain excellent grooming standards, communicate effectively in English, and remain composed when working under pressure. Additional language skills, particularly Arabic, would be an advantage.
