Job Summary & Purpose:
Achievement of Sales Target of the Store and maintaining the service standards of Sharaf DG.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
Experience (Yrs& Field) : Min 2years of experience in Retail Sales
Educational Qualification : Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification
Skills & Abilities:
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of consumer electronics products.
Leadership and team supervision abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach, motivate, and manage promoters.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and retail operations.
Target-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure..

- Achieve individual targets for sales, invoicing, extended warranties (EW), accessories, and overall productivity.
- Provide effective solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs and address inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products within the assigned department.
- Take ownership of the My Area My Responsibility (MAMR) initiative and ensure operational excellence within the designated area.
- Ensure product displays, planograms, and promotional signage are maintained according to company standards.
- Conduct regular perpetual inventory counts and support inventory accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the assigned department.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor the performance of brand promoters within the assigned team or department.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to promoters to maximize customer engagement and sales results.
- Ensure promoters comply with company policies, operational procedures, and merchandising standards.
