The role
We are looking for a Technical Record Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining technical publications and related documentation to support maintenance and continuing airworthiness activities. The role includes ensuring that personnel have access to current and approved technical documentation while supporting document control processes, administrative activities and compliance with applicable procedures, customer and regulatory requirements.
The role involves working closely with cross functional teams to ensure technical documentation is accurately maintained, updated and readily available to support operational requirements. This position requires attention to detail, a structured and proactive approach to technical documentation and administrative support activities. Experience working within an aviation maintenance environment and a quality focused mindset are essential for success in the role.

We are looking for a Technical Record Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining technical publications and related documentation to support maintenance and continuing airworthiness activities. The role includes ensuring that personnel have access to current and approved technical documentation while supporting document control processes, administrative activities and compliance with applicable procedures, customer and regulatory requirements.

Responsilbites:
- Manage and maintain hard copy and electronic technical publications to ensure current approved documentation is available to personnel.
- Process, distribute and implement revisions to technical publications and associated documentation.
- Ensure digital platforms and devices contain the latest approved technical publications and manuals.
- Support maintenance activities through the preparation and provision of technical documentation, job cards and associated maintenance data.
- Ensure maintenance documentation is prepared and referenced in accordance with applicable technical publications and approved data.
- Maintain records related to technical publications and support compliance with applicable procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain the availability of current revisions and approved technical documentation across the organization.
- Support audits, inspections and compliance activities related to technical publications and documentation control
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding technical publication updates and documentation requirements.
- Provide administrative and operational support within the CAMO department as required.
- Support other CAMO activities and departmental tasks as assigned by management.
- Higher Diploma/bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or aviation related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the aviation industry.
- Experience working with technical publications, maintenance, CAMO or other aviation support environments.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Attention to detail and a quality focused mindset.
- Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple tasks.
