JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for laminating and finishing the produced items to ensure they meet quality standards, schedule and duration and update information in the tracking system

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

HSE

• Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions
• Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks
• Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents
• Maintain assigned tools, equipment and machinery in good working order
• Report on unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations

• Finishing produced items: Perform finishing to the produced items ensuring they meet the quality standards and procedures

• Check produced items for any defects and make necessary repairs accordingly
• Check the item labels and marking and ensure it is as per the specifications / client requirements
• Prepare the Inspection Report and approve it from the supervisor
• Submit the finished items to the Quality Control inspector to ensure that the items are completed as per the schedule and duration set by the scheduling department / foreman
• Lamination: Receive the required glass kit from the storekeeper / raw material and ensure the resins are correctly mixed
• Laminate the required item as per the production procedure to ensure uniformity of produced items
• Inform the assistant foreman of the daily out-put status
• Report any accidents, problems, mistakes or non–conformities faced during production to the superior

Skills Description

Required Qualifications:

• Technical / High School

Preferred Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar environment
