Third Party Feedering Procurement Manager

Purpose of the role:
This role is part of our Abu Dhabi Regional Office (ADRO), covering a geographical scope from Southern Africa to the Indian Subcontinent.
We are looking for a Third Party Feedering Procurement Manager to join our Regional Procurement team in Abu Dhabi. You will support the RegionalHead of Third Party Feedering Procurement in managing the regional Third Party Feedering category, ensuring commercial value creation, operationalcontinuity, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing excellence across the region.

Responsibilities:
Establish annual budgets and forecasts for the assigned portfolio and actively manage performance through sourcing, optimization and valuecreation initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with incumbent and potential suppliers across the region.
Analyze spend patterns, identify cost drivers and uncover opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Conduct market research and monitor feeder markets, supplier landscapes, bunker trends, capacity developments and regulatory changes toidentify risks and opportunities.
Develop analytical models including Should Cost, TCO/TVO, benchmarking and scenario analysis to support sourcing decisions.
Collaborate with Line Management, Operations, Equipment Control, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to understand business requirements anddevelop sourcing strategies.
Provide commercial insights and market intelligence to support operational and deployment decisions.
Support and execute sourcing events, commercial negotiations and contract renewals in line with Group Procurement policies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures and SLAs to ensure optimal commercial outcomes and supplier accountability.
Coordinate implementation of contractual pricing mechanisms and rate revisions.
Monitor feeder requirements across the regional network to ensure timely procurement, capacity availability and operational continuity.
Support deployment decisions through commercial analysis and supplier intelligence.
Coordinate with Operations, Scheduling, Network Planning, Customer Service and Local Agencies to ensure alignment between commercialcommitments and operational execution.
Manage supplier relationships through a structured Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) approach.
Establish supplier KPIs and monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and operational requirements.
Identify and mitigate supplier, commercial and operational risks to ensure continuity and resilience across the network.
Support forecasting, budgeting, accruals and cost validation activities in collaboration with Cost Control teams.
