Job Summary
Al Marwan Machinery is seeking a diligent Time Keeper to manage workforce attendance and data entry for projects. This role is vital for ensuring accurate time recording within the construction and PMD divisions, requiring a focused individual capable of handling project-specific documentation and ERP systems.

This role is vital for ensuring accurate time recording within the construction and PMD divisions, requiring a focused individual capable of handling project-specific documentation and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Time Keeper include, but are not limited to:
- Perform comprehensive time and attendance recording for the workforce on-site.
- Execute accurate data entry tasks related to project timelines and employee hours.
- Ensure all workforce records for the project are complete and up to date.
- Utilize ERP systems for the input and management of workforce data.
- Minimum HSS certificate or equivalent qualification.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Time Keeper.
- Prior experience specifically within the construction industry.
- Must have good knowledge of ERP data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording attendance
