About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Tower Traffic Attendant - Parking Services to join the resort’s Parking Services team.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Tower Traffic Attendant - Parking Services to join the resort’s Parking Services team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to appropriate lanes, parking areas, or valet zones.
- Monitor and manage traffic flow at tower entrances, exits, and loading zones.
- Assist guests and tenants with directions, parking information, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate with valet, security, and reception teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Prevent congestion by enforcing parking and stopping rules in designated areas.
- Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or traffic violations to the supervisor or security.
- Assist in emergency situations such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or evacuations.
- Maintain a clean and organized traffic control area, including signage and safety cones.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in traffic control, parking services, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of traffic safety and control procedures.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
