What You Will Do

As a Trade Marketing Specialist for CIS markets, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing trade marketing strategies that drive sustainable business growth and strengthen market presence.

The specialist will lead key initiatives to enhance trade investments, promotional effectiveness, and in-store execution, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.This multifaceted position involves detailed analysis, budget oversight, category management, and the development and deployment of point-of-sale materials (POSM). The specialist's work will support new product launches and contribute to cross-functional projects, fostering seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, regional teams, distributors, and external partners.With strong ownership and analytical skills, the specialist will manage multiple projects across different markets, independently prioritizing tasks to deliver impactful results. Responsibilities encompass detailed trade investment tracking, budget control, and financial reconciliation to optimize spending and support P&L forecasting and reviews.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced qualifications or certifications in trade marketing or category management will be an asset.
• Proven experience in trade marketing, ideally with exposure to budget management, promotional planning, category management, and POSM coordination.
• Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working with large data sets and commercial metrics to derive insights and recommend actionable strategies.
• Excellent financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets, forecasts, and investment analyses.
• Proficiency in trade marketing tools, data visualization platforms, and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, distributors, and external partners across different countries and cultures.
