Strategic Leadership:
- Oversee the entire Sales Academy operation, setting strategic direction, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless program delivery.
- Lead a team of training professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to understand their needs and align training programs with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, identifying skills gaps and training requirements based on market trends, industry changes, company initiatives, and individual performance data.
- Design and develop engaging, impactful training programs covering product
- Utilize diverse instructional methods, including instructor-led, online learning, blended learning, gamification, and simulations, to cater to varied learning styles and preferences.
- Facilitate training sessions, delivering dynamic and interactive presentations that maximize knowledge retention and skill development.
- Implement robust evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training
stakeholders.
- Continuously update and improve training programs based on evaluation results, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
- Stay abreast of the latest adult learning principles, training methodologies, and technologies, integrating them into the Academy's offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales leadership, HR, product development, and compliance teams.
- Collaborate with external training providers and industry experts to access best practices and cutting-edge solutions.
- Serve as a champion for learning and development within the company, promoting the value of training and its impact on employee performance and company success.
