Job Description

Job Summary

The Valet Supervisor oversees the daily valet operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth vehicle handling, and efficient team performance in line with five-star hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants during shifts.
• Ensure timely and safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Security teams.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Prepare basic shift and incident reports.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of valet or hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driving license.
