The Opportunity
Exciting Opportunity for a Visual Merchandising Graduate in Dubai starting in September.
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for design and an eye for detail? We have an incredible opportunity for you to join Puig’s team in the Middle East as a Visual Merchandising Graduate on a 2 year contract! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of executing and implementing innovative Visual Merchandising strategies across Puig’s prestigious brand portfolio, ensuring the delivery of Retail Excellence in line with brand guidelines and established timelines.
Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, this position reports directly to the VM Manager and offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in the world of luxury retail, working with renowned beauty brands. It’s the perfect stepping stone for a design graduate eager to gain invaluable experience and make an impact in the luxury sector!
What you'll get to do
- Execute VM roll-outs across Retail and Wholesale channels
- Prepare and share VM Toolbox for new product launches
- Develop planograms aligned with brand strategy to maximize sell-out.
- Coordinate window design, approval, installation and snagging
- Develop design briefs for brand approval based on detailed analysis of locations
- Adapt designs from brand guidelines to the needs of each market/animation booking
- Manage screen and lightbox content across all points of sale
- Consolidate VM and trade installation reports to share with brand and provide feedback to markets
- Conduct field visits to ensure perfect implementation of brand image, identify best practices and analyse competition activities.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details
- High level of sensitivity to luxury
- Experience in interior/retail design
- Interest in the beauty sector and trends.
- Degree in design related field
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in 3D Modelling/Rendering, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
