Job Description

Summary-

We are looking for proactive and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position is based at The Cove Rotana Resort!

Job Responsibility-

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders from customers
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any issues or concerns
• Process payments and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
• Assist in setting up for special events or functions
  
  

Candidate Requirements-

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods of time
