Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai-based company specialising in the trading and distribution of diverse product categories, is seeking a diligent and experienced Warehouse Incharge to join our team in Sharjah. We are committed to quality, reliability, and building strong client relationships to ensure efficient supply solutions across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, from receiving and storing goods to managing inventory and dispatching orders. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and organisation of our supply chain, ensuring our commitment to quality service is met consistently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily warehouse activities, including the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products.
• Ensure the efficient organisation and utilisation of warehouse space to maximise capacity and operational flow.
• Maintain precise inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling data with our inventory management system.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards and procedures to create a secure and compliant working environment.
• Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders.
• Prepare and analyse reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or staff.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Warehouse Incharge, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.
• A strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
