What You'll Do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
• You will be entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness of the Pool and Wellness Area by creating lifelong memories for our Residents and their families.
• You will assist with beverage delivery, open/closing and preparing the pool area for residents and their families inclusive of the set-up and breakdown of sun loungers and maintaining all areas to ensure our Residents and their families receive a seamless and consistently luxurious experience.
• Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Wellness Host you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Wellness Host must communicate with other departments in order to ensure the alignment remains.

• English is the primary language used in our residences. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
