This position is fully face-to-face with clients.

About the role
This role is a mid-level sales role where you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from qualifying new leads assigned to you, managing discovery calls, arranging demos with our Customer Success Managers, drafting proposals, negotiation, and closure.
You should possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. You should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget your time in order to meet your targets.
As part of your role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s value proposition and connect that knowledge directly to key stakeholders. You will also be an expert on the monday.com platform and products, with a deep understanding of capabilities and value.
You will partner with our Customer Success Managers and our colleagues at monday.com to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back.
Your primary KPI will be net-new annual recurring revenue (ARR.)
Your experience & skills
- At least two years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Experience using sales tools, such as LinkedIn and CRM
- Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- Results-driven and always closing
- Currently residing in Dubai

Compensation and benefits include:
- Basic pay of AED 10,000 to 15,000 (depending on experience)
- Commissions around 100% to 200% of basic pay (depending on performance)
- Private health insurance
- Unlimited holidays
- Flexible working hours
We will process your UAE work visa under our sponsorship. All company expenses are paid for by the company.
