Telecaller Job Description Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective clients
- Handle inbound calls and resolve queries professionally
- Promote products or services over the phone clearly and persuasively
- Follow up on leads and maintain client engagement
- Record customer information and update databases (CRM)
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and reporting metrics
- Handle customer objections and escalate complex cases when needed
- Maintain a positive, professional tone at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Call Centre Agent (preferred)
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)
- Good knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and call logging tools
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Target-driven and able to work under pressure
- Fixed monthly salary + performance bonuses
