Your role and responsibilities
You will be a part of an 18-month rotational program. Different rotations focused on developing inside sales, marketing, operations, finance, project management leaderships skills and ABB product knowledge.
You will complete the rotational program within one of ABB’s Business Areas (Electrification, Motion, Process Automation, Robotics & Discrete Automation).
You will attend orientation session to explore more about ABB and join the community of global
Discovery participants. This global programming is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. You will have a dedicated program manager to guide you throughout your journey.
The work model for this role (onsite)
This role is contributing to one of ABB’s Business Areas (Electrification, Motion, Process Automation, Robotics & Discrete Automation) based in Dubai/ Abu Dhabi UAE

Your responsibilities:
- Learn about yourself and ABB’s global business
- Engage with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skills
- Aspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars
- Demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness by managing research and analysis projects
- Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment.
- Fresh Graduate Engineering discipline/ Finance who has completed university studies before the start of the program
- Desire to learn and grow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Great organizational skills
- Must have authorization to work in UAE.
