Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housing operations for site personnel, including room allocations, check-ins/check-outs, and occupancy tracking.
- Coordinate with camp supervisors, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of accommodation and service.
- Maintain and update accommodation logs, guest registers, and transport rosters for incoming and outgoing personnel.
- Handle employee queries related to housing arrangements and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE and welfare guidelines in all accommodation areas.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy, resource usage, and upcoming requirements for planning purposes.
- Support emergency accommodation planning and evacuation readiness as per site procedures.

Expected
- 4–7 years of experience in site-based accommodation administration, preferably within oil & gas, construction, or remote infrastructure projects.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage large-scale housing logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Familiarity with camp management software, visitor management systems, and basic HSE protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors, service providers, and multi-cultural workforce
