Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in brand management, marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth, promoting the Firm's services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets.

In brand management at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image. You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels.

At PwC we are an equal opportunity employer and as part of our commitment to both our Regional sustainability strategy and to remain compliant with relevant local labour laws, some of our roles will be dedicated for National talent only.

Role

As an Account Driver at PwC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our largest accounts across the Middle East region. You will collaborate closely with the Global Relationship Partner, Engagement Partners, and various teams from our different Lines of Service to ensure effective account management. The role has two primary focuses:

Strategic Advisory: You will serve as a strategic advisor, working to build a deep organizational memory of our clients and generating valuable insights that will guide the account's long-term success.

Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for driving operational best practices in the management of accounts, ensuring smooth and efficient processes are in place across all stages of the client relationship.

The ideal Account Driver will bring strong networking and relationship-building skills, both internally within PwC and externally with clients. A solid account management background is essential, and while prior experience in a Big4 firm, a strategy consultancy, or a large multinational company is an advantage, it is not required.

In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive mindset and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service across your accounts. Your technical skills and commitment will be key to driving success and implementing best practices.
