We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the fintech sector, based in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the financial technology industry.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products and services.
- Prepare and present proposals, including pricing and service agreements, to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales in the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
