Sales Operations & Administrative Support

  • Import and maintain active pre-sales campaign data in Salesforce for anchor and strategic accounts (e.g., Edge, TII, V1, AI71, CPX, CSC, AD Police).
  • Track deal confidence and, when matured or signed, connect financial values and codes to internal recruiting campaigns.
  • Organize and support logistics for client site visits, including compliance with registration protocols for sensitive government and defense locations.
  • Maintain comprehensive Salesforce records, including notes, strategies, projected values, and key insights to ensure visibility and transparency for leadership (e.g., Nikos).
  • Manage access and utilization of DocuSign for contract preparation, signing, and document storage.
  • Coordinate all legal and commercial documentation, including NDAs, FSAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Support scheduling and arrangements for client visits, including booking facilities, arranging parking, and handling visitor access.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business operations, or sales support within cybersecurity or a technology-driven organization.
  • Prior experience working with or within the defense sector is required.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing enterprise or government accounts, particularly in regulated environments.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and document management tools such as DocuSign.
  • Familiarity with the UAE public and private sector technology landscape.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing complex or sensitive engagements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
