Role: Account Manager (30192526)
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, strengthening client and contractor relationships, and expanding Carrier’s presence in the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while demonstrating strong technical knowledge of HVAC solutions, particularly air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.

Role: Account Manager (30192526)
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, strengthening client and contractor relationships, and expanding Carrier’s presence in the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while demonstrating strong technical knowledge of HVAC solutions, particularly air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
Role Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Pipeline Management
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Develop new customer contacts to support business development activities and expand Carrier’s client base.
- Schedule customer appointments, deliver initial technical/commercial presentations, and gather account requirements.
- Support the sales team during key negotiations to secure strategic opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants by understanding their needs and providing tailored HVAC solutions.
- Ensure consistent and professional follow-up with customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge—especially in air-cooled and water-cooled chillers—to support effective solution selling and strong negotiation positioning.
- Communicate Carrier’s technical and commercial value proposition clearly and confidently during customer engagements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets to identify new business opportunities and enhance market coverage.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to support strategic decision-making and positioning.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities that reflect potential for future team management roles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and business results.
- Maintain a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to work, thriving both independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
- Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, particularly chillers.
- Solid knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain market landscape.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, account management, or business development.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- UAE Driving License required.
