Account Manager, Search and Social - EMEA
Job Summary
M&C Saatchi Performance is seeking a highly motivated and talented Account Manager to join our Search and Social Team. You will play a critical role in developing and executing paid media strategies that drive client success, working closely with the Planning team, and clients to understand their objectives and deliver campaigns that exceed expectations.
Reporting directly to the SaS Director, your responsibilities lie in team management, campaign strategy and optimisation for our clients. You will assist the teams other Managers and our Campaign Ops Team in the end-to-end campaign delivery and optimisation process, with support from specialist teams such as Planning, Data, and Insights where required. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering you a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on our agency's success in the digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SaS Director and clients to understand campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Lead in developing comprehensive media plans, testing roadmaps and strategies to achieve your client goals.
- Optimize media campaigns by working closely with our Execs and SaS Campaign Ops team.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and platform updates to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional client service by responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with industry best practices and regulations.
- Manage and develop a team of executives, leading on their progression.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably
- At least 4+ years of experience managing Paid Social & Search campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter Ads etc.)
- Preferably with an experience in app marketing.
- At least 3 years’ experience of client servicing and relationship management
- At least 2 years’ experience managing a team
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential - using functions, pivot tables, and formulas within Excel.
- Strong knowledge on Google Analytics
- Digital platform certifications are considered a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data, analyse performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimise media strategies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is important in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for presenting media plans, providing regular client updates, and collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
- Understanding of digital marketing market trends and various media channels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain team and client relationships.
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills across a business.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and collaborative team player.
Reporting Structure
- You will report directly to the Search and Social Director, EMEA whilst working as a part of the EMEA Client Services team.

- This is a hybrid role based in Dubai, offering flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.
