A long-established and trusted global brokerage is seeking an experienced Account Manager - Spanish speaking to contribute to their continuing growth in LATAM region. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.
Location: Hybrid - Dubai, UAE
As an Account Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Client Onboarding & Conversion
Support prospective clients throughout the onboarding process—from lead to approved live account. Guide clients through their First-Time Deposit (FTD) journey and encourage trading activity from the outset.
- Retention & Reactivation
Reconnect with dormant or low-activity accounts, and maintain proactive contact with existing clients to drive engagement, funding, and long-term loyalty.
- Relationship Management
Serve as the go-to contact for your assigned client portfolio.
Address queries, resolve issues, and work closely with internal teams (compliance, marketing, support) to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Upselling & Expansion
Identify opportunities for clients to broaden their platform usage or explore affiliate/IB partnership options.
Recommend relevant tools and services to help them achieve their trading goals.
- Campaign & Localisation Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver client-facing campaigns tailored to Spanish-speaking markets and user preferences.
- Interact regularly with clients via phone, email, and chat, adapting communication style to suit different cultural and personal preferences.
- Confidently handle objections using persuasive techniques to uncover opportunities and drive conversions.
- Prioritize high-potential clients to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor client behavior, identify patterns, and use insights to increase trading volume and retention.
- Native or fluent Spanish speaking, English communication skills.
- Experience in sales, account management, or client engagement, preferably within the financial services or trading sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and positively influence client decisions.
- A proactive mindset, able to juggle multiple clients and tasks while staying organized.
- Knowledge of financial markets or trading platforms is a strong plus.
