Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register including capitalization, tagging, and depreciation schedules.
Process and reconcile traffic fines and Salik (toll) charges in coordination with operations.
Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and petty cash management.
Perform data entry and posting in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Generate periodic financial and operational reports from ERP for management review.
Support month-end and year-end closings, including reconciliations and accruals.
Assist in VAT filing and audit preparation.
Coordinate with operations for accurate cost tracking and revenue posting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in automotive, logistics, or rental services.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
Good communication and organizational skills.
