Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of accounting practices. If you’re passionate about numbers and accuracy, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Monitor company expenditures and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Process monthly payroll and ensure statutory compliance
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely tax filings
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Generate financial summaries and reports for management review
• Recommend and implement improvements in financial processes and controls
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the logistics or service industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations
• Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
