About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, hands-on experience with financial reporting, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting operations with precision and integrity.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, hands-on experience with financial reporting, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting operations with precision and integrity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile petty cash for assigned departments and entities.
- Process payments for utilities and service charges via approved platforms (e.g., PEMO).
- Record and post various payment transactions, including utilities, fleet expenses, and payment gateway receipts, in the financial systems.
- Handle and account for petty cash transactions across different company divisions.
- Maintain accurate records of cash security deposit transactions in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Support the finance team with payment processing and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in an accounting role, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or property management industry
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
