Accountant Associate - #55221

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the general ledger, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial reports and schedules.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial data and analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and other compliance-related documents.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Perform other accounting tasks and projects as assigned by the accounting team or management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel) and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
