Position Summary
Responsible for the Accounts Receivable and backup for Accounts Payable function.
Main Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Advice status of receivables and credit worthiness of the customer
- Carry out follow ups on receivables
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries and disputes
- Coordinate with various departments in resolving the queries over invoices. Negotiate and settle customer disputes and queries with customer representative
- Preparation of various reports
- Support month-end closing.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager
- Preferable Bachelor / Master in Finance/Accounting/Controlling
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting out of which 2 years should have been in a position dealing with customers
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Willingness to communicate with unknown people
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Accounting Procedures
- Familiar with accounts receivable activities and methods
- English excellent
