About The Role

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant who will be responsible for supporting the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting the preparation of financial reports, and assisting with the annual audit.

This role will be a fixed term contract for 12 months, will be based in our Dubai office and reporting to the Senior Accountant.

• Petty Cash Fund Management
• Employees Cash Advances and Expenses
• Assisting with Financial Reporting

Qualifications, Work Experience And Knowledge

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an accounts assistant role
• Accounts payable experience
• Exposure to the trading industry is advantageous, specifically food or packaging
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintaining records and preparing reports and correspondence related to the work
• Knowledge of Dynamics AX is advantageous
