Key Accountabilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow tracking
- Help maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local VAT and financial regulations (advantageous)
