The Accounts Executive ensures accurate and timely financial operations by coordinating interdepartmental documentation, managing month-end closing activities, and preparing key financial reports to support business decision-making.

Overview Of The Role
The Accounts Executive ensures accurate and timely financial operations by coordinating interdepartmental documentation, managing month-end closing activities, and preparing key financial reports to support business decision-making.
What you will do: -
Description of Accountability:
Interdepartmental Coordination
- Follows up with various teams to obtain intercompany supporting documents.
- Reviews and accepts these documents in the relevant financial module.
- Prepares accrual, adjustment, and other closing entries.
- Reconciles sales data with BI reports and SAP systems.
- Compiles Claims Receivable Aging Reports.
- Coordinates settlements with brand teams to resolve outstanding claims.
- Prepares and circulates weekly and month-end stock provision reports.
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness in inventory reporting.
- Generates sales and gross margin reports.
- Prepares customer and brand-wise sales summaries for management review.

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience & Prior experience using SAP systems is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite specially Microsoft excel.
